Delivery Timelines (India) Metro Cities: 3–7 business days Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–10 business days Remote Areas: 7–12 business days Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festivals, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. 4. Shipping Charges Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and size of the order. Free shipping may be available during promotions or on minimum order value (as displayed on the website). 5. Order Tracking A tracking number will be shared once your order is shipped. You can track it via our “Track My Order” page or the courier’s website. 6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete details may incur re-shipping charges. 7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages Report damaged items within 48 hours with photos/videos. If a package is delayed or lost, we will assist in raising a claim and resolving the issue. 8. Split Shipments Your order may arrive in multiple packages if items are from different warehouses, pre-orders, or have varying production times. Separate tracking details will be shared. 9.
