Welcome to T3 Store, home to high-quality gym wear, combat sports gear, and our signature quirky designs. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency.

Please review our shipping guidelines below.


 1.⁠ ⁠Order Processing Time

•⁠  ⁠All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
•⁠  ⁠Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
•⁠  ⁠Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.

 2.⁠ ⁠Shipping Locations

We currently ship only in India (Pan-India shipping)

 3.⁠ ⁠Shipping Timeframes

•⁠  ⁠Estimated delivery times within India: 

 1.⁠ ⁠Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
 2.⁠ ⁠Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
 3.⁠ ⁠Remote Areas: 7–12 business days


⁠Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, customs checks, festivals, or weather conditions.


 4.⁠ ⁠Shipping Charges

•⁠  ⁠Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

 1.⁠ ⁠Delivery location
 2.⁠ ⁠Order weight & size
 3.⁠ ⁠Courier partner pricing

Free Shipping is available during promotional events or when you meet our minimum order value (displayed on the website).


 5.⁠ ⁠Order Tracking

•⁠  ⁠Once your order has shipped:

•⁠  ⁠You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

•⁠  ⁠You can track your order through our “Track My Order” page or the courier partner’s website.


 7.⁠ ⁠Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

•⁠  ⁠Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate.

•⁠  ⁠If the courier is unable to deliver due to:
   1. Incorrect address
 2.⁠ ⁠No response
 3.⁠ ⁠Incomplete information

The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.


 8.⁠ ⁠Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages: 

•⁠  ⁠If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.

•⁠  ⁠If your package is delayed or marked lost by the courier, we will assist in raising a claim and ensuring a resolution.


 9.⁠ ⁠Split Shipments - Your order may arrive in separate packages if:

•⁠  ⁠Items have different manufacturing times

•⁠  ⁠Items are stored in different warehouses

•⁠  ⁠One item is part of a pre-order batch

•⁠  ⁠You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.


10.⁠ ⁠Pre-Orders

•⁠  ⁠Pre-order items have a longer processing time (usually 10–20 days).

•⁠  ⁠Estimated dispatch timelines will be mentioned on the product page.
