At T3 Store, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

• Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email/SMS.

2. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India (Pan-India) only.

• For special requests, contact us at contact@t3store.co.in.

3. Delivery Timelines (India)

• Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–10 business days

• Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festivals, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and size of the order.

• Free shipping may be available during promotions or on minimum order value (as displayed on the website).

5. Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be shared once your order is shipped.

• You can track it via our “Track My Order” page or the courier’s website.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate.

• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete details may incur re-shipping charges.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

• Report damaged items within 48 hours with photos/videos.

• If a package is delayed or lost, we will assist in raising a claim and resolving the issue.

8. Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if items are from different warehouses, pre-orders, or have varying production times. Separate tracking details will be shared.

9. Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items may take 10–20 days to dispatch.

• Estimated timelines will be mentioned on the product page.
