Cancellations and Refunds

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All tags must be intact

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required

If your return is approved, we will share return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at contact@t3store.co.in with photos or videos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different size or product is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@t3store.co.in.
